FLAS BUILDING S.L.. provides access to the www.flasbuilding.com website subject to the conditions of use set out below:

Access and users

By accessing the www.flasbuilding.com website, the USER wholly and unreservedly accepts these CONDITIONS OF USE.

The website service is provided free of charge. However, FLAS BUILDING S.L.. reserves the right to make prior registration a prerequisite for shareholder or investor USER access, by means of the User Registration Form, which will be provided to anyone wishing to sign up as a REGISTERED USER.

Should a USER need to register as a REGISTERED USER or provide personal details to access a specific service, the collection and processing of the USERS' personal information will be subject to the provisions of the Personal Data Security and Protection section.

Duration

The duration of the services provided by the Website is indefinite.

Translation into English

All information and documentation available in English on this website is for information purposes only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the original Spanish version, the latter shall prevail.

Applicable jurisdiction and law

These Conditions of Use shall be governed by Spanish law.

FLAS BUILDING S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction which could apply, submit themselves to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's registered address for all matters or actions deriving from the provision of the Website and its related services and content and with regard to the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance of the provisions herein. In the event that the User is domiciles outside Spain, FLAS BUILDING S.L. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction which could apply, submit themselves to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
